This residential single-family residence was purchased at the 2007B Los Angeles Property Tax Default Sale. It was converted from a 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom into a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom. It is currently being leased. Preliminary steps were taken to obtain a lot split, which would create two separate 3,300 sf lots, one lot with the home and one vacant lot. When we obtain approval for the lot split, the value of this property will be substantially higher because we will market the home and the vacant lot for sale.
